so i just made the controller and it worked with the right driver. but can i use an actual action replay card on it?

I did this the other day and works perfect.
Just wanted to add:
You can also solder back the xbox its connector you did cut off along with the USB one.
Simply do everything shown in the video.
Once done just solder back the xbox its connector you cut off before to the wires you just connected. Ofcourse also color on color.
This results in a cable that works on both xbox and PC.
at the start when it showed the the wires cut you were listen to Sugar by SOAD(System Of A Down)
I did this but i just twisted the wires with my FINGERS then electrialclal tappedid it! Work like lucky charm!

i saved halo 2 manualy but didnt copy over the campaign maps only the multiplayer maps and edited them using dot halo.

Hey what can you do with a moded xbox? im curious never did look into it.
i wouldnt use anything thats 1g or over if your going the flash drive route.
and it cant be a 2.0 flsh drive thats why its not working with action replay.

Hey bro i made a thumbdrive into an action replay n shit but the program woudlnt read it. it said “USB failed to enumerate”
the thumbdrive is a Sandisk Cruzer.

This is normaal. What you need to do now is take the mem card to your pC and download linux installer.
THen use the game of your choice to install. Im currently using Mechassault.

yea im not a perfect solder, in fact i didnt even know about flux till later on, but i do use it now
you really should use flux before you solder to get a secure & perfect conducter.. good vid though,
hey all i need help….my dumb xbox controller had an extra blue wire that i don’t know what to do with, along with the yellow…and my female usb colors are green white red and yellow (instead of g w r black). I hooked it up from xbox to usb bl to yel g to g r to r wh to wh and it just erases my thumb when i plug it in saying its a bad memory card.

when i strip my xbox wire there is a black a green a red a yellow and then there is a blue one and a white one twisted together and i have never seen a blue one on any tutorials so should i just ignore it?
