they have alot of disc drives fial, so buy a disc drive for about 20 to 40 $

your disk is too dirty or it may be damaged. you can try cleaning it with a dry cloth or taking it somewhere to have it cleaned professionally. if that doesn’t work, the disk may be scratched too deeply to fix or chipped.

Ky246 sound like you have to take you xbox and clean the dvd drive out wiith thos cleaning disks thing or take an part your xbox an clean it. Their is an small ruber band in the frount of dvd drive that makes the disk spin.The rubber bands usely dry out and they start making noise. just get it wet an little bit so it not dry out so mutch.
