I have a question, the only original ps1 disc I have is a demo disc O_O
will it still work for this trick?

try swapping the disk a little slower if that does not work try swapping the disk faster.

  10. this dont work i tryed it lots of times.

  11. I have that model and i got it to work….took more than 12 tries to get it rite, my poor old ps (only got it today). Although, i havent opened mine up, ive used a pencil, sadly the game loaded and the pencil slipped….ill try tomoz, if i get it to work ill post a vid. But yeh its not easy

  12. OK, I’ll try slower, I did it after it quit reading each time, but like I said, the logo just stayed there. Sometimes the disk won’t even start spinning again after I take the (real game) disk out the second time. I guess it might be the Playstation. I have the older model like in the video.

Try and swap the disks a little faster if that does not work then do it slower.

  14. I keep trying to do this, but when I do it, the Playstation logo stays there and won’t go away. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

I would recommend using imgburn its a free program burn your CD’s at 2X or 4x as for the black and white it could be that there NTSC format disks
(which means that they can only be played in north America)

  18. hey i followed what you said and it works almost perfectly, but my copied dics play in black and white, i have a scart lead and i have the lid open, i think its sumthing to do with the way i burnet it, i uses alcohol 120%, any ideas?

if you have the model 2 ps2 it is a little bit easier to do the double disk swap then the model 1 ps2.

this is quite similar to playing burnt Guitar Hero disks, for the purpose of ading your own songs, this does work on the ps2 but it is far morecomplicated
