How does this work? All i have are copied games.
You might need a better orignal or you didn’t burn the CD correctly.
Also the file you burnt to CD could have also been the problem.
All of the files you burn for your play station should be in .iso format the icon looks like a CD on top of a peace of paper.
It never seems to work out for me. I get to the PS logo, and I’ve swaped to the original disc, but the disk never seems to go to 2x, and the screen never fades either for that matter.

from what iv read its best to have a game with lots of audio, witch makes it weird that Dave Mirra didn’t work because it has quite a few music tracks but congrats on getting it working, if you want to find some good games try google CoolRom it will be the first result and you have to sign up for a free account but its well worth it.
mine didn’t work with dave mirra freestyle bmx but it did work with final fantasy seven disc 4. I was like magic. monster rancher game sucks
Good luck with it and try not to be to hard on the motor when swapping disks because it can make the motor fail there by making your PlayStation useless unless you got a new CD-Rom motor.
